Paul Wilkins

Managing Director & EVP

Paul has more than 20 years experience in the identification of new market opportunities and the delivery of novel technologies and products. He is a University of Cambridge, UK engineering graduate, and has spent much of his career developing products for consumers, industrial processes and medical devices, with a particular focus on diagnostics. Paul is a member of Science Group’s CTO Forum where explores issues having material impact on R&D organisations.

Michele Turitto

Managing Partner, Industrial

With an academic background in mechanical engineering, Michele leads advisory and product development services for clients operating in the industrial, chemical, and energy sectors. He supports strategy development and R&D planning as well as route-to-market analysis and technology commercialisation. Michele has extensive experience in upstream oil and gas, and hydrogen.

Ankita Singal-Sareen

Vice President, Consumer

Ankita extensive experience in with food and beverage, consumer, and pet care brands. Her key areas of interest include health and wellness, the application of digital technologies, the plant-based movement in the food and beverage sector, and new developments in valorising waste materials.

Dr Eileen Buttimer

Senior Vice President

Eileen holds a PhD in biochemistry, and is an accomplished scientist with decades of experience. Eileen has led consulting projects for clients across multiple sectors, including personal care, home care, food and beverage, industrial and consumer healthcare and brings a wealth of insight and expertise.

Shreekant Mehta

Senior Vice President, Energy

Shreekant has extensive senior-level experience in the oil and gas industry and a scientific background in chemistry. His specialisms include competitive strategy investigations, new business start-up evaluations, business planning, and change management. He also has a talent for sophisticated market intelligence interpretation.

Alun James

Chief Technology Officer

With a career spanning three decades and a background in mathematical modelling, Alun is a highly valued member of the Sagentia Innovation team. He works with our food and beverage, industrial and consumer sector clients. A particular area of expertise is the Agri-tech sector.

Caroline Potter

Vice President, Sustainability

Caroline has a cross-sector role and focuses on the circular economy and sustainable innovation. She has a PhD in organic chemistry and a Master’s in chemistry. She’s built strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients since 2006. They value her advisory methodology and the way she approaches projects.

Euan Morrison

Skill Group Leader

Euan has a lifelong fascination with physics and the passion he injects into client projects plays an important role driving successful outcomes. In his early career Euan focused on particle physics and gravitation. He also has a strong interest in measurement technology and instrumentation, particularly high resolution measurement and has generated many patents for a diverse range of products including acne lamps, cervical cancer treatments, surgical lighting, optical telecommunications and a 3D endoscope.

Francisco Martin Siro

Head of Advisory

Francisco is a CEng, Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and has an MBA from Warwick Business School and has strong interest in energy transition, and technologies related to the Internet of Things and additive manufacturing. Career highlights include transforming the cost and performance for the biggest metro railway in Europe, scoping and delivering the transport system for the 2012 Olympic games, and spearheading the market growth strategy for a global automotive OEM.
