- Scientific investigation: Analysed dissolution and dispersion principles, studying how factors like surface fat, powder age, salt ion content, residual moisture and manufacturing process affect solubility
- Clumping prevention: Explored multiple design options to avoid dead spots within pods and ruled out approaches requiring stirring or agitation
- Innovative solution: Developed a unique water injection technique that ensures lump-free, low-foam dispensing, uses all available powder and prevents blockages
- Performance validation: Tested the solution under varied conditions to confirm consistency, concentration accuracy and quality across different temperatures
