Health Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) revised their Administrative Changes in Contact Information for Registered Pest Control Products (Registrants and Formulators) guidance document.

Instead of submitting product-specific applications for notifications to notify PMRA of an administrative change, registrants must now submit an administrative change request outlined in Section 7.0 of the guidance document. Following this submission, PMRA will update all related products. Administrative changes include the following:

  • Change in registrant
  • Change in formulator name/address
  • Transfer of registration ownership
  • Change in Canadian representation
  • Change in regulatory mailing address
