The pesticide active substance Haloxyfop-P is no longer approved for use in Great Britain. As a result, many Maximum Residue Levels (MRLs) have been reduced to the default Limit of Quantification (LOQ) of 0.01 mg/kg.

These revised MRLs will come into force on December 19, 2025, following the decision on existing MRLs for Haloxyfop-P.

The new default MRLs will apply to a wide range of commodities, including:

  • Carrots (0213020)
  • Parsley roots (0213070)
  • Leeks (0270060)
  • Dried beans (0300010)
  • Various products of animal origin

Do you have a third-country use on an affected crop that will no longer comply with the revised MRLs?
