Cypermethrin: biocide active substance approval on 1 June 2020

Cypermethrin (CAS No 52315-07-8), a synthetic pyrethroid, will be approved as an active substance for use in biocidal products of Product Type 18 on 1 June 2020. This is also the deadline for submitting EU product authorisation applications to keep existing products on the market.

If you are intending to submit an application for EU product authorisation, there are less than 4 months left to prepare and submit your authorisation dossier. Should you need additional resources to meet this deadline, TSG’s team of regulatory specialists and scientists are on hand to help.
