To remain compliant, maintenance fees must be paid on or before Wednesday January 15, 2025. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pesticide product registration. Establishment reports
If you own or operate an active Pesticide-Producing and/or Device-Producing Establishment, your Establishment Reports are due by March 1, 2025. Failure to file a report may result in termination of your establishment and a financial penalty per violation. Details about EPA Establishment Reports can be found here.
