A restriction proposal on the import, manufacture, placing on the market and use of PFASs in the European Economic Area (EEA) is expected to be published very shortly. This broad restriction is widely anticipated to have far-reaching and significant impacts on the PFAS industry and the many sectors and businesses that currently depend on use of the substances
